Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous actions is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is also forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and within the specified passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
